- Mommy shoots husband in the back, and then pulls the phone cord out so the victim can’t call 911. As the victim slowly bleeds to death, mommy abducts their three children and flees to another state.
- When Mommy is caught guess how much jail time she gets for the killing? LIFE…NO NO NO…she is a woman and gets only 67 days
- Can you believe that this woman is now fighting to gain custody of her three children who currently live with their paternal granparents
- Mommy claims she killed Daddy because he abused her. What was abuse according to her? That she was made to wear white platform shoes….
- Daddy;s parents now have to prove in court why ending Mommy’s parental rights is in the best interests of the children? Apparently it is not enough that Mommy waited until Daddy fell asleep, retrieved a shotgun, pumped it, aimed it at his back, and pulled the trigger
- Can you believe that the judge has now ordered that she should receive information about the trust fund set up for her three children?
Parental Abduction is Child Abuse 
No, I am afraid I can’t believe it and never will accept it either. This is one of the blackest marks on Tennessee justice in decades. She literally murdered this man in cold blood and never had one bit of evidence to prove even one of her abuse accusations that she constantly changed her lies when it behooved her depending on what courtroom she happen to be in at the time.
Now she wants to poke her nose into a trust fund that was started because the Winkler family was raising the girls and she nor her family and friends ever donated one dime to those three children. I doubt that Mary Winkler ever sent one dime of support to help out with these children. She likes to mooch someone else’s money not accept responsibility.
She has created so many victims by her viscous lies in order to save her own butt from going to prison for 51 years like she fully deserved.
You are right………if she had been a male …she would be doing LWOP or on death row by now.
So disgusting and I am a female. It makes me ashamed to be a woman when I see these women use the abuse excuse and conveniently become weak, needy and mild right after they have picked up a shotgun and premeditated their heinous murders. Weak my eye…..they are cold as stone and ruthless.
Why no American man raises voice. Are all men busy with their girlfriends. Save your brothers first before saving other countries.
