NOW THE HIGH COURT HAS LOST IT

Two judges of the AP high court denied a mom visitation rights because her daughter said that she did not want to see her mom’s face when she visited

let us not rejoice just because the dad was the winner here. The sad part is that the judiciary has once again asked a child to choose between her parents and not paid any heed to potential parental alienation

The right to a parent child relationship is a fundamental right that cannot be treated loosely. Hopefully newly formed NGO’s like CRISP will show the judiciary the correct path when it comes to making custody decisions

Indian SC shows its lack of understanding child welfare once again

Indian SC asks a 7 yr. old minor who has been fatherless for over an year and likely being brainwashed if she wants to stay with mother or father to decide custody. Is this OUTRAGEOUS or what? In the process the SC overturned both US and Calcutta HC orders. WAY TO GO SC…!!!!!!!!!

Does the judiciary realize that putting a child in a situation where she has to choose between her parents is insane?

Does the judiciary realize that children too have survival instincts and in cases of parental alienation will always do whatever it takes to please the alienating parent even if that means deriding/abusing/abhorring the left behind parent?

Does the judiciary realize that its prime goal is to rule keeping in mind the welfare of the child and that children are not always the best judge of their welfare, especially minors and alienated children?

Judge rules that father brainwashed son

KUDOS TO THIS JUDGE FOR UNDERSTANDING PARENTAL ALIENATION AND ITS HARMFUL EFFECTS AND INTERVENING ACTIVELY TO MITIGATE THE DELETERIOUS EFFECTS OF PARENTAL ALIENATION. I WISH MORE JUDGES ALL OVER THE WORLD INCLUDING INDIA WOULD SEE THROUGH WHAT ALIENATING PARENTS DO

A 13-year-old Ontario boy whose domineering father systematically brainwashed him into hating his mother can be flown against his will to a U.S. facility that deprograms children who suffer from parental alienation, an Ontario Superior Court judge has ruled.

Mr. Justice James Turnbull ordered the boy – identified only as LS – into the custody of his mother. He said that the boy urgently needs professional intervention to reverse the father’s attempt to poison his mind toward his mother and, in all probability, to women in general.

Alec Baldwin, Kim Basinger: Parental Alienation Case

Many of you must have heard the nasty voice mail message that Alec Baldwin left for his daughter that was leaked to the press. Hear it below

Although this vmail can by no means be condoned the reality is that Kim Basinger has followed a systematic PARENTAL ALIENATION campaign for several years. And the reality is it becomes real hard for a father to keep up with this BS for too long and sooner or later something gives. There are several articles about Alec and Kim’s situation, read a few below from Glenn Sack’s blog

Hero Father gets custody after 5 years of battle in India

Congratulations to this hero father for not only getting custody of his children in their best interests but also for continuing to fight

He has lost more than 5 years with them which even the Good Lord cannot return but he has saved these innocent souls from the devastation they would have faced with their unfit mother

He has allowed the mother to have unrestricted visits with the children, hopefully he will monitor those and make them supervised to prevent further child abuse.

This is also a good case that shows the reasoned approach taken by the judge in the best interests of the child without exhibiting any form of gender bias

Vengeful Mothers: Are they in the Best Interests of the Child?

A UK Judge has said that “good fathers are powerless against vengeful mothers”. In this particular case, mother made false sexual abuse allegations, exhibited PA (parental alienation) behavior, and child subsequently exhibits PAS (parental alienation syndrome). Even though the courts find that the allegations are unfounded, the court decides that it would be in the best interests of the child to not see/spend time with DAD since it would be too stressful for her.

Can this judge and the family court system answer a few logical questions:

1. Is it in the best interests of the child long term to live with this vengeful mother? How so?

2. Why does the court not give sole custody to the father and prevent mother from seeing the child unless and until she stops her venomous behavior?

3. Is a parent’s abusive alienating behavior less harmful for the child’s long term development and growth than NOT being with the mother?

Oh So Delicious: Ladies, Welcome to the Club

Sad But Delicious Irony

Janet Jenkins, former partner of Lisa Miller, is suing for custody of Miller’s biological daughter even though Jenkins is not an adoptive or biological parent. Jenkins and Miller entered into a Vermont civil union in 2000 while living in Virginia. Miller got pregnant through artificial insemination from an anonymous donor and gave birth to her daughter in Virginia. The relationship eventually ended.

After their breakup, Miller, the biological mother, moved to Virginia with their daughter Isabella, won sole custody, and excluded Jenkins from the girl’s life. Miller’s actions read like a checklist of what heterosexual women sometimes do to the fathers of their children, including: move the child far away; deny the noncustodial parent the opportunity to visit or co-parent the child; make an unsupported, dubious and oh-so-convenient accusation of abuse against the noncustodial parent; and pretend that the noncustodial parent is out-of-line or acting against the child’s best interests by wanting to continue the relationship with the child.
