With the visitation granted, I have been meeting my 9 year old son for 48 hrs in a year for the past 3 years in the presence of his mother. The balance 362 days his mother and her parents have the privilege of poisoning his innocent mind without any opposition from any quarters.
What child, when asked, would NOT say that he wants to remain with his mother ?
What child, when asked, would NOT say that he would like to have my visitations ended ?
I applied to the District Court seeking extended visitations and requesting that a psychometric test be conducted on my son and the Court not just refused my plea but made out that I am “throwing mud” at my own son.
You can train people to deliver Judgements but can you train people to provide Justice ?

My Father In Law is the main man behind destroying my family, He is the Paishkar in Dehradun District Court and on his Instigation my wife left me on 21st of January 2007,subsequently filing the section 498 against me and my old parents and elder brother.thankfully I have no sister other wise she would also be entrapped in Jail .I am fighting the Legal Battle since March 2007 but till date I have been isolated even to have the Glimpse of my daughter ,who is 9 years by now.Kindly Do the Needfull.I am Craving her to have her in my arms with all the love and blessing to showered upon.I , with the Folded Hands Request the Child Activist to fight for me and my Daughter Diya.My Cell No. is 9811193336
